You Are Not Alone!

To the seeker and a lover of God, I have a heartening message. You are not alone. And the person that looks after you is God Himself! This may sound farfetched since we face so many difficulties in life that it is easy to doubt the benediction of God. Everyone has storms and difficulties in their lives But God will never leave His seeker.

God acts in many ways to help you. Sometimes God will calm the storms in your life. Other times He may act like an anchor that you can tie yourself to and at other times, God may offer Himself as shelter so that you can weather the storm in His protection and under His wings. God chooses what to do out of His divine wisdom and according to His divine plan and we must trust that since rest assured, as the Scriptures say, He will never leave you. The scriptures do not promise an easy life living as a God’s seeker, but it does promise that you will never be alone. (more…)

Seeking the Lord – AADISHRI ARUN

Seeking the Lord means seeking His presence. “Presence” is a common translation of the Hebrew word “face.” Literally, we are to seek His “face.” To be before His face is to be in His presence. But are His children always in His presence? Yes in two senses: First, in the sense that God is omnipresent and therefore always near everything and everyone. He holds everything in being. His power is ever-present in sustaining and governing all things. And second, yes, He is always present with His children in the sense of His covenant commitment to always stand by us and work for us and turn everything for our good. God says “Behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age”. But there is a sense in which God’s presence is not with you always. For this reason, the Bible repeatedly calls you to “seek the Lord . . . seek his presence continually.” God’s manifest, conscious, trusted presence is not our constant experience. (more…)

God’s Promises for Children, Family and Marriage

We are living in the kingdom of Kali. People calls it Kali Yuga and as per the Holy Bible and the Holy Quran, these are called the end of the days. This is a time of great strife and difficulty and a time that is full of grave dangers, natural disasters and of man betraying man for the sake of petty gain. As we look around us we see ample evidence of this. This century has been full of major natural disasters, climate change, ecological disasters, strange and new diseases and wars. Even as I write this, the conflict in Syria is on and going from bad to worse. We have just experienced the worst forms of brutality and the world’s most powerful body-The United Nations is helpless in preventing the slaughter, rape and destruction of innocent people. (more…)

God Promises Wisdom and Guidance

God has given essential knowledge for His children is found in His Word. Lord’s word is wisdom and purpose is to have the ability to apply knowledge to everyday in life. It is in the reading and understanding of God’s Word that you obtain knowledge, and meditating upon that knowledge brings wisdom.

Wisdom is one of God’s promises. Bible, James 1:5 says – “If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.” God gives wisdom and guides you. Bible, Psalms 32:8 says – “I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.” Bible, Proverbs 3:5-7 has prophesied – “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths. Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the Lord and depart from evil.” God promises to guide you on His pathway. Bible, Isaiah 30:21 has prophesied – “And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.”

God Promises for Healing – AADISHRI ARUN

The promise of God is a statement which is eternal and unchanging like a rock but our promise to God is shaky. We change our promise and stance every day and we doubt God also. The contract that we have with God is thus incomplete. God does what he is supposed to do but we are unfit vessels for His blessings. Just as no matter how much water is poured into a broken vessel, it will always flow out, similarly all of God’s blessings flow out of our lives. Like a letter that has a wrong address put on it can never reach its destination, similarly God’s blessings that are ever flowing out of His heart, never reach those devotees that are broken vessels-that denotes those of us who don’t keep their promises to God or who doubt Him.

What about the promises of God? How certain are they? The Apostle Paul, in writing about the promises of God to Abraham, addressed the church at Rome with these words: “For the promise that he should be heir of the world, was not to Abraham or his seed through the Law, but through the righteousness of faith . . .

therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed” (Romans 4:13, 16). God’s promise to Abraham was first spelled out in Genesis Chapter 12. It was repeated in Chapter 22. Verse 18 reads: “And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice”. God has given the promise of health and healing. Bible, Jeremiah 30:17 has prophesied – “For I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds,’ says the Lord”

God promises health to us if we listen. Bible, Exodus 15:26 says – “If you diligently heed the voice of the LORD your Go and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the LORD who heals you.”

God heals us and forgives us. Bible, Psalms 103:2-3 has prophesied – “Bless the LORD, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases.”
