Holy Scriptures says
It is prophesied that Lord Kalki will appear at the conjunction of the two yugas, namely at the end of Kali-yuga and the beginning of Satya-yuga. Thereafter, at the conjunction of the two yugas, the Lord of creation will take His birth as the Kalki incarnation and become the son of Visnu Yasa. At this time the rulers of the earth will have degenerated into plunderers.
“(Shrimad bhagawatam Maha Puran 1;3:25)” Maharshi Ved Vyasa ji Prophesied in Shrimad Bhagawatam Maha Puran – “Lord Kalki, the Lord of the universe, riding His swift horse Devadatta and, sword in hand, will travel over the earth exhibiting His eight mystic powers and eight special qualities of Godhead. Displaying His unequalled effulgence and riding with great speed, He will kill by the millions those thieves and rogues who have dared dress as kings.
O! Kesava, O Hari, who have assumed the form of Kalki! You appear like a comet and carry a terrifying sword for bringing about the annihilation of the wicked barbarian men at the end of the Kali-Yuga. – (Sri Dasavatara Stotra, 10th Sloka)
The Appearance of Lord Kalki, the Avatar or incarnation of Godhead, is foretold in the Shrimad Bhagavatam Maha Puran 12th Canto and described also in detail in the Brahmanda-purana. Therein it gives predictions as to where He will appear (the village name), who His parents will be, what His mission will be, and when He will appear. In Holy scriptures, it is described that Lord Kalki will appear at the conjunction of the two yugas, namely at the end of Kali-Yuga and the beginning of Satya-Yuga. The great cycle of the four Yugas, namely Satya, Treta, Dwapara and Kali, rotates like the calendar months. The present age of Kali-Yuga lasts 432,000 years, out of which we have passed the total time period of 27th Kaliyuga i.e. 4,27,000 years and presently we have faced the 28th Kaliyuga of 5000 years as Ascand Puran, Maheshwerkhand-Kumarikakhand Page No 129 prophesied.
We have passed 5,080 years after the Battle of Kurukshetra i.e. Mahabharata war of 28th Dwapara-Yuga (because in 3102 B.C. Kaliyuga had started from the calculation of scientific way from 2014 = 3102 + 2014 = 5116. When the Mahabharata war end? The prophesy of Ved Vyasa ji says – After 36 years of the Mahabharata War Yadava-kul destroyed as Lord Krishna returned to His kingdom and at the same time New Dwarika went into the sea by catospheric flood. Then immediately, Kali-Yuga started. According to the calculation, Mahabharata war ended in 3102-36=3066 B.C. And from the end of 2014 the total years of Mahabharata war ended = 3066+2014 = 5080. Therefore at the end of this period, the incarnation of Lord Kalki had to take place, as foretold in the Ascand Puran.
Kalki Puran 1;2;15 prophesied – “Lord Kalki will born in Baishakh Month Sukla Paksha Dwadashi tithi.” Kalki Comes in 1985, 3rd Chapter has prophesied – “Kalki will be born in a Brahmin family in Mathura City in Utter Pradesh of North India in the first half of 1985, i.e. on Baishakh Shukla Dwadashi Tithi.” Bhavishya Puran,Pratisarg Parv, Part 4th , Chapter – 5, Page No – 331 has prophesied that “Lord will take Avatar with the name of Lord Kalki in Divya Vrindavan (in the secret Rasmandal place i.e. in the border of Mathura – Vrindavan location) for the welfare of Devas and to destroy the evil-doers.
In the end of Kaliyuga Lord will appear in the form of Kalki Avatar at the request of Radha ji.” Maharshi VedVyasa ji prophesied in Shrimad Bhagawatam Maha Puran 12;2:18-22 – “The name of His father, Visnu Yasa, a learned brahmana, and the village Sambhala are also mentioned. “Lord Kalki will appear in the house of the most eminent brahmana of Shambhala village, the great soul Vishnuyasha.
Lord Kalki, the Lord of the universe, will mount His swift horse Devadatta and, sword in hand, travel over the earth exhibiting His eight mystic opulence’s and eight special qualities of Godhead. Displaying His unequalled effulgence and riding with great speed, He will kill by the millions those thieves who have dared dress as kings. After all the imposter kings have been killed, the residents of the cities and towns will feel the breezes carrying the most sacred fragrance of the sandalwood paste and other decorations of Lord Kalki, and their minds will thereby become transcendentally pure.”
