Aadishri’s message to All

This message is addressed to all the lazy, indolent and careless people of the world. I say that If you really want something from your heart, the entirety of creation gets together to help you achieve it. This is the secret of success in any endeavor. Remember that everything that you see around you, started from literally nothing. You cannot cross the river only by standing on the bank and looking at the water. If you want something to happen well, do it yourself. Do your work so efficiently and silently that the only sound that comes is of the acclaim of its success. Do your work in what you believe in regardless of whether people praise your endeavors or not. Do you not know that the Sun rises even though half the world remains sleeping? Victory and defeat are relative. If a so-called defeated man still smiles, then the one who has defeated him loses the taste of victory. (more…)

What is Anger? | Anger

Anger finds its origin in Desire. Desire comes from the Rajasic mode of nature. Anger is an immense and insatiable consumer of indulgences and in the desire for indulgence it makes the person commit many sins. Consider Anger your enemy. How does Anger start? It starts when a person starts focusing his attention on a particular subject. That attention and the knowledge the person gains due to the attention he gives to that subject leads to attachment with that subject. That leads to expectations. When that attachment is thwarted or obstructed by any obstacle, anger arises.

What is Anger?

Anger leads to a coarse mentality and that leads to misjudging situations because ones perception is corrupted by anger. Wisdom is sacrificed and this leads to errors in judgment. The person makes mistakes and falls down. In today’s age, there is almost no-one who does not experience anger. When you get angry, you don’t know what you are saying and you lose control. The first rule of life is to keep your anger under check. Those who are successful have themselves under control. The one’s who don’t control themselves find themselves under someone else’s control. You should learn the basic etiquette of how to communicate with someone. The first thing to do is to speak sweetly. The best thing to do when you feel anger is to not speak at that moment because what you will say at that moment is not in your control and you will regret it later – Aadishri Arun
