Those who believe in the teachings of AADISHRI ARUN and the Faith hold that there is one True Supreme Being who is the Creator of the universe, who is the spirit or soul of man (Surat) and who is the Fountain-Head of all spirituality, are in AADISHRI FAITH.

According to teachings of AADISHRI ARUN, there are three elements in the human body: the Inferior Energy ‘JAD PRAKRTI’- which can be called material nature, and from which the physical body is made; the Superior Energy ‘CHETAN PRAKRTI’- conscious nature- from which the human mind (mind) is made and the third, the spirit – ‘Super Soul’, which is the life and soul of the human body and brings about the evolution and development of man’s body and mind.

Aadishri taught – Seven rules to be happy

For his disciples Aadishri Arun taught to following Seven rules to be happy :

1. All people have good and bad qualities. It is better to look at the good qualities of a person than his bad qualities. It is a normal human tendency to look at the negative qualities of another person rather than his positive qualities. But those people, who look at the positive qualities of others, are happier people. Not only must you look at the positive qualities of a person, you must also look at the positive things in every situation you face in life. For example, if you are not selected for a job interview, then rather than feel depressed, you can think that God has kept an even better job for you and you will get it sooner or later. People may say that ‘whatever happens happens for good only’ but they rarely believe it when times are bad. It is not easy to see the good in other people and to do that you must ask the specific question-What is good in that person? When you ask that question, believe me, you will find many positive qualities in that person who earlier you thought badly off. (more…)

Only One God

One Caste, One religion and only one God-This spirit can be sown only by total belief and total passion. Only those people who have that passion in their heart can transfer it to others. I believe that my living style is as per the wishes of the almighty Lord. Success is the proof of right or wrong in the material world. People all over the world have the belief planted firmly that there are many religions, castes and faiths and it is always more difficult to fight the beliefs of people than fight against their knowledge since knowledge can always be changed by pointing out different facts. Struggle is the genesis of all things. Mankind has become strong because of the struggle of the true religion against false beliefs. (more…)
