Why has God left you?

You have spent a lot of time in the worship of God. You have sung many hymns and your voice when you sang them was full of grief and pain. God says that He liked the hymns which you sang for Him but the question remains that why does He then not listen to your prayers and pleas? There are many hymns and devotional songs that have been sung by people over the ages. These songs have been sung with great love and devotion and these songs became very popular as well. In most of these songs, the singers have extolled god that God has forgotten the people. The songs request God to listen to the pleas of the people and save their lives, their dignity and honor and liberate them from the difficulties they face. (more…)

Faith and Patience brings Blessings

The perspective of man and that of the Lord is different. This is why man is not able to understand God and be a vessel for God’s blessings. What is the difference between God’s thoughts and man’s thoughts? The difference lies in the viewpoint. God thinks from the larger perspective and Man thinks from his personal perspective. The truth is that man is born in a world that is subject to change. Creation is conjoined with destruction and good health is conjoined with ill-health. Both come into the life of man with regularity. There is the law of Karma also and our past actions determine what we face in the present moment and also in the future. This is why we face destruction, difficult times and ill-health. (more…)

Be Pure Because God Is Pure

The Lord has taken avatar on the earth in the name of kalki. He desires that His children-us-not live in sin since He Himself is sinless. It is fairly clear that in today’s time, people’s behavior and style of worship both have become careless and defective. Both kings and their subjects are living lives that are against the teachings of God and are trying to deceive the Lord. The covenant that was agreed upon between man and God has been willfully broken by man. Therefore God says very clearly to man that man must obey the wishes of God and implement them in his daily life. He also clearly says that man should not be corrupt and nor try to make the image of God corrupt since God can never be corrupt. (more…)

Which God should we worship?

The Rishis and saints of India have been illuminating the many way towards God realization for centuries but all the ways indicated are difficult to walk on. Moreover these ways only lead up to a certain stage which can be called heaven. Till now the complete path, that takes one to the final destination-to the supreme lord, has been kept secret. The person who knows the secret path and can talk about it can be rarely found and one is lucky if one is able to meet and interact with such a person.

The Srimad Bhagwatam Maha Puraan Mahatamya 2:56-58 states this above fact. The person who talks to you today is himself the son of god. He is the first born and he is the only son of God. When the entire universe was created the first entity to be created was the son of God and through him everything else was created. He descended from his father’s lap and came down to create this universe. He tells us today that we should worship only that supreme Lord who is beyond creation itself. That supreme father lives in Agamya jyoti-as light. (more…)

How to directly see God?

You can actually see God by the practice of complete and single-minded devotion. (Geeta 11:54) But that devotion must have the component of deep love for the Lord. The soul that calls to the Lord, invariably experiences visions of the Lord and the Lord comes into his life. To have this kind of direct perception of God, six things are essential.

1. Complete and single focused love for the Lord
2. Complete devotion to the Lord.
3. Single minded focus on the Lord and remaining in his constant remembrance.
4. Focusing one’s attention on the form of the Lord. (more…)
