How we came in the nine gate of city?

(Ishwar Putra Arun)

In Anami, there is an ocean of light and a drop of light is called soul. This soul is a part of the Supreme Being in the true sense. This individual soul came from the soundless state i.e Anami to Agam, Alakh state to the essence of sound form i.e. Veena, Flute, Sarangi, Taal and Bell, Conch. Then it came at Third Eye and gathered at the junction of Ida, Pingla, Sushamna. From here it spread into two eyes and then came into six chakra i.e. Muladhara, Svadhishthana, Manipura, Anahata, Vishuddha and Ajna, the city of nine gates. We can return back to our own home i.e. ocean of Light in pure naked soul a drop of Light by following the same path. Surat Shabd Yog is one of the best techniques to return our own home easily.

One can attain the Supreme Lord and return back to his house by using the following techniques:

(1) Manasik jap: “manasik” means mental, and “jap” gives the information to chant the mantra or sacred name of God. In this mansik jap one should practice mentally repeating names of God with the “thought”. It is called Simran also.

(2) Manasik Yog: Manasik dhyan is a technique of mentally visualizing a Form of God. One should repeat the name given by authorized Guru while visualizing.

(3) Light Meditation: the practice of the meditation on the Third Eye. As one is in the darkness repeating the divine names and visualizing the form of Light that lighted automatically flashes of Light, shimmering Light, lights of various colors, clouds of Light, sparks or fireflies etc….

(4) Sound Meditation: As one’s concentration develops at the Third Eye, one begins to move from lower to higher, from outer to inner.

( 5) Soundless Meditation: In the Soundless state, there are three plans i.e. Anami, Agam, Alakh. In Anami, God is in the form of Nameless, the Soundless One, Ocean of Love.
From one step to another the soul beholds strange things which cannot be described in human language. Every region and everything is utterly beyond words. What beauty and glory! How can I describe them? There is nothing here to convey the idea?

Way Of Spiritual Journey (Meditation) and Benefits of Meditation

         Way Of Spiritual Journey

People have made a union with the world through nine (9) doors. All day long their attention, the outer expression of their soul, is going out into the world through their five senses of sight, sound, smell, taste and touch. Dasam door is closed, but the path of Lord house starts from here. Through Shabd Surat Yog, we can collect our attention at the third eye and come in contact with the Light and Sound of God which is within each and every one of us. Through this divine connection, we can embark on the spiritual Journey.

SATSANG ( Science of Spirituality)

SATSANG , is a center for delevering purely spiritual teachings and training to mankind, irrespective of class barriers such as caste, colour, creed , sect, age or education. In it Ishwar Putra Arun offers opportunity free to all who are anxious for Self-knowledge and God-knowledge.

Satsang deals with the most abstruse problems connected with the soul and primarily imparts instructions in the Science of the Soul. All other considerations — physical, social , moral — are secondary and enter discussion only in so far as they aid in the upliftment of the soul.

Satsang does not conform any formal places of worshiping. The human body is the true Temple of God, and since God is Spirit, those who worship Him, must worship Him in Spirit. The higher values of life–the greatness of God and the need for humility, leading to a pure and honest life of truth, chastity, abstinence, and a loving selfless service of humanity have always been enjoined by all spiritual teachers, as only an ethical life can pave the way of spiritual life.

In Satsang, Ishwar Putra Atrun teaches the importance of sacrifice and to follow in practical life. Father makes sacrifice for their children, Mother makes sacrifice, wife makes sacrifice for her husband, husband makes sacrifice for his wife, brother makes sacrifice for his sister and brother and sister makes sacrifice for her brother. When people forget this sacrifice feeling, the Adharm appears. Satsang is the basic need of people to turn the people towards Dhama or towards the spending comfortable, happy and peacefull life.
